The tour will consist of a presentation by PCL and a tour of the Museum.


Speakers

Cody Nowell
Cody has over 15 years’ experience with PCL starting as a Field and Project Coordinator and now in his current role as Construction Services Manager in our Winnipeg office. Construction Services is a solution-based operational support group within PCL, from preconstruction and pursuits, to planning, engineering, technology and innovation.
Cody started his career as a Field Coordinator on the Canadian Museum for Human Rights and later the Disraeli Bridges Project. He’s a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Manitoba.​
Tom Schmalz
Tom brings over 20 years of extensive construction experience and has contributed to a diverse range of projects across Manitoba, including healthcare, education, green and sustainable construction, mixed-use developments, roads and highways, as well as the sports and entertainment sectors. Tom worked at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights as a Project Manager and has tremendous knowledge on both the initial project vision as well as construction.
Tom now leads a talented group of staff in our Special Projects division.
