Registration

As the CSCE Annual Conference is being held in conjunction with ACMBS-IX, there are two registration options for CSCE Winnipeg 2025.

 

Option 1: Attend CSCE Winnipeg 2025 only. The fees for this option are outlined in the first table below "CSCE Annual Conference 2025 - Attendee Registration".

Option 2: Attend CSCE Winnipeg 2025 and ACMBS-IX. The fees for this option are outlined in the second table below "CSCE Winnipeg 2025 & ACMBS-IX". The incremental fees to add ACMBS-IX to your annual conference registration fee are $250 for CSCE members, $300 for non-members.

 

Please note: Student and One Day attendees are not able to add ACMBS-IX to their registration.

Terms & Conditions

The conference manager reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

 

  • All conference attendees must purchase a registration package and must have their conference badge visible while attending conference events.

  • Conference registration packages include digital conference proceedings, access to all plenary sessions, technical breakout sessions, conference social events (i.e. President's Welcome Reception, offsite Social Evening, and ACE Gala), breaks, and lunches. 

  • During the social events only, and with the purchase of additional guest tickets, the conference welcomes guests of registered conference attendees.

  • Conference food and beverage (i.e. breaks and lunches) are for registered attendees only. Attendees are unable to bring guests into the conference breaks and lunches, as we plan the food service around the number of registered attendees.

  • If you have any food allergies and/or dietary restrictions, you must identify these when you complete your registration. The conference venue needs to review dietary restrictions ahead of the conference to ensure they can meet attendees' needs. If you have questions about how the venue is managing dietary restrictions, please ask at the conference registration desk or via the Whova mobile app. Please refrain from asking servers during service, as they may not have the answers to your questions.

  • All conference registration fees are subject to applicable taxes.

  • Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are refundable with written notice of cancellation received by April 1, 2025. No refunds will be given for notices received after this date, but attendee substitutions are permitted. All cancelled registrations are subject to a $100 processing fee.

    • Refunds are at the discretion of the conference manager.

    • International attendees who do not receive a travel visa in time to attend the conference will be provided refunds upon request. 

    • Authors whose papers are not accepted for presentation at the conference will be provided refunds upon request.

    • The conference manager strongly advises attendees to purchase travel insurance in the event they need to unexpectedly cancel plans to attend the conference.​

  • Credit card charges will appear on your statement from Karma-Link Management Services Ltd.
