Presentations in all areas of Civil Engineering are welcomed, however, the 2025 Annual Conference will feature specialty conferences in Cold Regions, Environmental Engineering, Hydrotechnical Engineering, Materials and Engineering Mechanics, Structures, and Sustainable Development.

The 11th International Structures Specialty will focus on innovation in the analysis, design and retrofit of structures with special emphasis on the challenges imposed by climate change while targeting sustainability and resilience.

The Environmental Specialty will focus on the environmental and public health needs of civil engineering and its importance in improving the quality of life for people and providing reliable infrastructure for societal benefits.

Paper Submissions
Paper Submissions
All papers must be submitted through the CSCE Winnipeg 2025 online paper management system by February 10, 2025.
Case Study/Extended Abstract Submissions
Authors had the opportunity to indicate their submission type when completing their abstract. Those who selected Case Study/Extended Abstract are required to submit their Case Study/Extended Abstract by February 10, 2025.
Registration Requirements
At the time of paper or case study/extended abstract submission, authors are encouraged to complete their conference registration. If unable to do so, authors must be registered by April 2, 2025, in order to be included in the technical program schedule. If an author’s paper is not accepted by the Technical Committee, a full refund of their conference registration will be issued. Note that authors are limited to two papers or case study/extended abstracts per paid registration.
Authors attending for One-Day only, your selected registration date will be adjusted to match your assigned presentation date.
Authors presenting at both CSCE Winnipeg 2025 & ACMBS-IX will be permitted three submissions per paid registration.
Details and Timeline
The paper review process will be completed in March 2025. You will be informed by e-mail of the review results at that time. All authors will be required to submit their final paper or case study/extended abstract in PDF format by March 17, 2025. Final paper acceptance notifications will be provided by March 24, 2025.
All accepted papers for which an author registration has been received will be included in the conference proceedings, which will be provided to all attendees at the beginning of the conference.

Student Competition
As is tradition at the CSCE annual conference, CSCE Winnipeg 2025 will again host the Student Competition within each Specialty. Authors may indicate interest in participating in the competition when completing their submissions. To be eligible, the first and presenting author must be a student.
